Absolutely! Our showroom is open to retail customers as well as customers looking for the full fitting service- no matter where you’re at with your bathroom project and who’s doing the work, you’re more than welcome to stop by and chat to our team about how we can help you achieve the bathroom of your dreams.

I don’t think I want anything fancy, is Bespoke still for me?

Definitely! As far as we’re concerned ‘bespoke’ is about attention to detail- whether you want a maximalist wet room, a spa-like shower or a zen bath zone in the corner of your bedroom, Bespoke Design Bathrooms can help.

Do you charge extra for the design and consultation services you offer?

No. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do- it’s important to us that we can meet you wherever you’re at in the design process, and see things through to the end of the project (and beyond)! There are extra charges for some of our aftercare services though- speak to a member of the team to discuss what that looks like for you.

I’m a bit worried about having a (team of) stranger(s) in my house?

We know what it’s like- the world isn’t always wonderful, and letting someone new in can be hard. Speak to us about your concerns and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We’re happy to arrange pre-work site visits from our team so everybody is a familiar face before we get started, and we can provide lots of testimonials from happy customers, so you can be sure we’ll do the job right, clean up after ourselves, and treat your home with the same respect we’d treat our own!

I’m planning my bathroom project, but I’m a bit unsure about costs?

We’re not the cheapest bathroom fitters out there- we don’t try to be! We do great work at fair prices, and work hard to make sure we’re worth it- there’s no corners worth cutting when your home is involved. Projects can vary in price hugely depending on scale and finish- speak to our team about arranging a quote. We can also look at payment plans to make sure you get the bathroom you want, affordably.

I’m going to come and visit the showroom, what do I need to bring?

Nothing! For your first visit, you can have a browse and a chat to the team, and we can figure out what comes next for your project. If you want to be prepared, you can bring a rough sketch showing the shape of your room- including windows and doors, and an idea of measurements (metric, please, if possible!). You can also bring any pictures or samples you already have in mind.

I’m torn between choices, do you do samples?

We can absolutely look at lending you samples from our ranges for tiles and grout, within reason! These do need to be returned to us though!
