What’s new at Bespoke?
It’s been a crazy few months here at Bespoke Design Bathrooms! There’s been lots of planning and change going on behind the scenes, and we want to share with you exactly what we’ve been working on.
The Website
If you’re reading this, it’s fairly obvious that the website has had a bit of a refresh! Giving the site a bit of a re-do has been a priority of ours for a while; we know how reassuring it can be when you’re looking for a trader to find a professional looking page with lots of good info to refer back to.
Now you can find everything you need to know, all in one place! There’s an Enquiries page so that you can drop us a message quickly and easily if you’ve got any questions; all the information you need to come and visit us is available on the Find Us page; plus we’ve got an FAQ to answer all those burning questions you’ve got!
There’s also a Trade page- don’t worry, we’re not suddenly a trade counter- we just wanted to make sure that we had information available for the lovely traders that we do supply. We work with all kinds of customers!
There’s lots more to come with the website- you’ve found your way to What’s New- which is our little blog, so that we can update you on what’s trending, and show you some more of the behind the scenes, and there will be lots of posts appearing here over the coming months so be sure to check back!
We’re also in the process of creating a Meet The Team page- this one’s really important to us so that when we come to visit to build you your dream bathroom, everyone’s a friendly familiar face. That being said, some of the team are a little bit camera shy- so we’re working on it!
We’re also looking forward to launching our Gallery where we’re going to house testimonials and behind the scenes for each project we complete- but to do that, we need to get good before and after pictures of each job, so that’s going to take a little while to come to fruition!
Lastly, soon we’ll have an Appointments page- so that you can book a consultation at home, in the store, or online whenever suits you- fuss free.

Social Media
You might’ve noticed the odd new post appearing on our socials! It’s not just the website that’s new, we’ve completely overhauled how we’re running our social accounts and have lots of posts sat in our drafts ready to come out to you over the next few weeks. Stay tuned for top secret trader tips, trend alerts, before and afters, and so many new announcements it’ll make you dizzy! We’ll be running exclusive competitions and posting sneak peaks over there so be sure to follow us on Facebook at Bespoke Design Bathrooms, and on Instagram @bespoke_design_bathrooms !
New members of the team
The Bespoke family keeps growing in every direction! At the start of May we welcomed Faye to the party- Faye is based in the showroom and is on hand to help with all your design needs, as well as running the website and the social media accounts. You’ll get all the gossip when we launch the meet the team page!
For those of you who know Adam well, you’ll also know that he married his lovely wife Stacey at the end of May- it was a beautiful day! Planning for it didn’t half keep them busy, though! Stace isn’t exactly officially on the Bespoke team, but you can absolutely find her popping in to offer moral support and a natter when she can, and we love her styling- so she’s our favourite honorary member.
Plus, we’re hiring! Bespoke just keeps getting bigger and better, so we’re currently on the look out for some experienced bathroom fitters to join the Bespoke team. Ideally, we’re after someone with exemplary attention to detail- we need someone who can work independently to a high standard! Showroom Refresh
We’ve decided the showroom needs a makeover! We’ve started the process, but there’s lots of change coming up, so keep your eyes peeled for before and afters of our new displays. Because of our refresh, lots of our showroom stock will soon be going on sale! We love an ex-display sale, it means you get a never used product at a fraction of it’s RRP- it’s a win/win for everybody! Dates for this will be announced soon here and on our socials, so be sure to keep checking back.
New Service Offerings
Bespoke live and breathe bathrooms- so we know all the ins and outs of what our customers want. Over the next year, we’ll be introducing some add on services like aftercare guarantees; full styling services; gift packs to make your new bathroom reveal extra special; and more.
